A late turnaround earned struggling Aldershot a 2-1 victory over Altrincham in the National League.
The Shots went into the clash on a run of eight defeats in a row in the league and looked to be heading for another loss after failing to take their chances.
Mid-table Altrincham took the lead in the 62nd minute, Ollie Crankshaw running on to Tom Crawford’s pass and beating two defenders before finding the top corner from the edge of the box.
But Aldershot levelled in the 89th minute when Hady Ghandour tapped in after Ryan Jones had seen a shot saved and substitute Tyler Frost curled in an injury-time winner.
