Boreham Wood stretched their unbeaten run to five Enterprise National League games with a thrilling 4-3 success at Sutton.

Jeff King gave the visitors a 10th-minute lead at Gander Green Lane with his first goal for the club but Jayden Harris’ header and a fine strike from Lewis Simper on his 24th birthday put the U’s ahead at the break.

Having earlier hit the the crossbar, Abdul Abdulmalik drilled Wood level in the 65th minute before Barnet loanee Zak Brunt scored from the penalty spot five minutes from time to make it 3-2 to the away side.

Erico Sousa found the net in added time to make the points safe, prior to Edon Pruti pulling one back with a fine strike from distance.
