These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to the Football Mad £5k FPL League competition for the 2025/26 season (“the Competition”). By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
- The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
- Entry is free of charge.
- Overall season prize eligibility requires full entry by 31 August 2025.
- Monthly prizes are open to all valid entries, regardless of join date.
If you are eligible to create an official FPL team and are over 18 - you're in!
2. How to Enter
To be eligible for prizes, you must:
- Follow @FootballMadUK on X (formerly Twitter)
- Like and repost the Football Mad £5k FPL League pinned post published by @FootballMadUK
- Join the Football Mad £5k FPL League at fantasy.premierleague.com using the unique code: u7vy7w
All three steps must be completed to qualify for both monthly and overall prizes.
3. Competition Format
- The Competition runs for the full 2025/26 Premier League season (August–May), in line with the official Fantasy Premier League game at fantasy.premierleague.com.
- Rankings are determined strictly by official FPL points.
- Monthly winners are determined based on total FPL points scored during each calendar month.
- FootballMad.co.uk reserves the right to disqualify teams suspected of cheating, collusion, or using multiple accounts.
4. Prize Breakdown
Total Prize Fund: £5,000
🗓️ Monthly Prizes (10 months: August–May)
- 1st Place: £150
- 2nd Place: £75
- 3rd Place: £25
Monthly Total: £250 × 10 months = £2,500
🏆 Overall Season Prizes
- 1st Place: £1,000
- 2nd Place: £500
- 3rd Place: £350
- 4th Place: £250
- 5th Place: £150
- 6th - 10th Place: £50 each
Season Total: £2,500
In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by the FPL tiebreaker rules (e.g., fewest transfers, etc.).
5. Winner Verification & Prize Delivery
- Winners will be contacted via the email used to register at FootballMad.co.uk. or via DM on social media channels.
- Participants may be asked to verify their newsletter subscription, X handle, and engagement with the competition post.
- Prizes will be distributed via bank transfer or PayPal.
- If a winner fails to respond within 14 days, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to the next eligible participant.
6. Privacy & Data
- Your personal information will only be used for administration of the competition and FootballMad.co.uk communications.
- You may unsubscribe from emails at any time, but unsubscribing before the end of the season may affect prize eligibility.
- FootballMad.co.uk will never sell or share your data.
7. Legal Stuff
- This competition is not affiliated with the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any official football organisation.
- No purchase necessary. Entry is free.
- FootballMad.co.uk reserves the right to amend or cancel the Competition or these Terms at any time.
