York extended their unbeaten run in the National League to seven games with a come-from-behind 4-2 win at Eastleigh.

The Minstermen went in front through Ollie Pearce’s cool finish in the 25th minute.

But two goals in eight minutes from Luke Skinner saw the hosts take a 2-1 half-time lead, the striker first heading home in the 35th minute and then converting a fine team move.

Pearce’s second in the 70th minute made it 2-2 before a two goals in three minutes won it for City.

Craig Hewitt fired home on his debut and then Josh Stones headed a fourth in the 82nd minute with Stuart Maynard’s men marching on.
