Lincoln’s promotion bandwagon showed no signs of slowing down after goals from Freddie Draper, Jack Moylan and substitute Ben House saw them ease past fellow Sky Bet League One challengers Bradford 3-0 at the LNER Arena.

That made it 11 league games unbeaten for the Imps, while the Bantams slipped to a third straight defeat, with the visiting fans making their displeasure known at both half-time and full-time.

Lincoln were in front after just seven minutes. Draper won a free-kick after being booted in the face by Curtis Tilt and then met Reeco Hackett’s pinpoint set-piece to power a superb header past Sam Walker.

Ivan Varfolomeev fluffed a chance for Lincoln from three yards and then Rob Street curled an effort just wide as the Imps threatened to run riot.

Street nodded an Adam Reach cross just over and Walker dived low to keep out a fierce Hackett effort as the onslaught continued.

Lincoln duly doubled their lead four minutes shy of the break when Hackett had a shot blocked and the ball was recycled to Moylan, who smashed a low shot into the bottom corner.

Bradford had their only shot at goal after 56 minutes, but Stephen Humphry’s grass-cutter was shovelled behind by George Wickens.

Lincoln failed to match the intensity of their first-half display, but could have gone further ahead when Moylan had a powerful strike pushed away by Walker.

But House sealed the win as he headed home Tom Hamer’s cross in the 86th minute.
