Nathan Tshikuna scored a late winner as Wealdstone moved to the top of the National League table after a narrow 2-1 victory over Woking at Laithwaite Community Stadium.

The visitors were awarded a penalty after 14 minutes and former Woking midfielder Max Kretzschmar made no mistake, firing home from the spot after sending goalkeeper Craig Ross the wrong way.

On-loan Fulham striker Olly Sanderson equalised for the Cards just before the hour mark as he headed in Matt Ward’s assist for his first goal for the club.

Summer signing Tshikuna picked out the bottom corner as Wealdstone went ahead for the second time with five minutes remaining to keep their 100 per cent record intact as their opponents remain pointless.
