Woking eased to a 2-0 win at home to Oxford City to boost their survival hopes and leave their visitors rooted to the foot of the National League.

The bottom two clashed at Kingfield Stadium, where a Jayden Luker strike and Lewis Walker’s penalty secured victory for the hosts.

Luton loanee Luker opened the scoring with his first senior goal, beating a defender on the edge of the penalty area before firing home.

Walker tucked home from the spot on the hour-mark after Ricky Korboa had been tripped, with the win taking the Cards up to 20th place, one point above the relegation zone, with Oxford City six points from safety.
