Tranmere have announced Tuesday’s Carabao Cup clash with Burton has been postponed due to a major power outage at Prenton Park.
The League Two side initially alerted fans to the issue with a post on X just over 30 minutes before the scheduled kick-off time of 7.45pm.
And a second post six minutes later confirmed the postponement, saying: “This game has been postponed because of a major power outage from Scottish Power that cannot be rectified.
“More information will be provided on a new date and refunds.”
