Enterprise National League leaders Rochdale claimed another decisive win as they beat Altrincham 3-0.

The visitors broke the deadlock in the 17th minute, Kyron Gordon sending in a cross that was nodded down by Ian Henderson for Joe Pritchard to slide in his first goal for Dale.

An excellent team move led to the second 11 minutes before the break, with Gordon and Tobi Adebayo-Rowling combining to tee up Connor McBride for a perfectly judged lob.

Rochdale had to wait until the 75th minute for their third as McBride’s backheel played in Adebayo-Rowling, who gave substitute Tyler Smith the easy job of tucking the ball away.
