Rotherham left it late to salvage a point in a 2-2 draw against Burton.

Hamish Douglas’s header in the fourth minute of stoppage time snatched the Millers a share of the spoils.

Rotherham had won three in a row in the league, but Burton always looked like ending that run.

Second-half goals from Kyran Lofthouse and Tyrese Shade put them in command, but an own goal from Toby Sibbick and Douglas’s last-ditch header – his first as a pro – levelled.

The opener came in the 51st minute with Lofthouse rising highest from Charlie Webster’s corner to nod home.

Jack Armer looked like making it two but his low shot was blocked on the line by Joe Rafferty.

They did go 2-0 up after 63 minutes when Burton capitalised on Kian Spence’s slip and Jake Beesley slipped in Shade to finish with great composure.

Rotherham pulled one back in the 69th minute with Denzel Hall’s cross taking a deflection off Sibbick and going past Brad Collins at the near post.

Josh Benson then swung in the corner for Douglas’s late heroics.
