Southend came from two goals down to extend their unbeaten run to five games with a 3-3 Enterprise National League draw with Boston at York Street.

The Shrimpers went ahead in the 20th minute when Harry Boyes’ cross was headed home by Andrew Dallas.

But Boston were level eight minutes later as Frankie Maguire set up Lenell John-Lewis to convert and Maguire then put Boston ahead from the penalty spot in the 54th minute following a handball.

John-Lewis (58) headed home his second from another Maguire cross before Dallas pulled one back for the Shrimpers from the spot after Ken Aboh was penalised for handball.

Slavi Spasov then pounced on a mistake from Boston goalkeeper Andrew Wogan to level with nine minutes remaining.
