Swindon had to settle for a 1-1 draw at Fleetwood but the point still took them top of League Two.

Ian Holloway’s visitors were good value for their 31st-minute lead courtesy of defender Ryan Tafazolli’s first goal for the club.

The ex-Wycombe stalwart headed in Darren Oldaker’s cross.

Apart from Connor Ripley’s second-minute save from Mark Helm, Swindon dominated but were denied before and after their breakthrough by goalkeeper Jay Lynch.

And Fleetwood took advantage in first half stoppage time, Matty Virtue racing down the home right and delivering a perfect cross for Ryan Graydon to guide a header beyond Ripley for his fifth goal of the campaign.

Neither side were able to create a chance of note in the second half, with the point enough to see the Robins replace Walsall in top spot.
