Marco Bizot

Marco Bizot signed for Aston Villa in summer 2025 after four strong seasons at Brest, where he made 148 appearances and helped secure Champions League football with 25 clean sheets across his final two campaigns. The 34-year-old came through Ajax’s academy before spells at Groningen, Genk, and AZ Alkmaar, where he played 164 games. A tall, commanding presence, Bizot has one Netherlands cap and brings vast experience from Eredivisie, Belgium, Ligue 1, and Europe’s elite stage.
