Will Harris’ hat-trick fired Halifax to a 3-0 win against Solihull Moors on an afternoon that saw both teams reduced to 10 men.
Town ended a run of three straight National League defeats in emphatic fashion on Saturday, with Harris giving the hosts a first-half lead.
Brad Nicholson’s red card just before half-time made life tougher for Solihull, who saw Harris add another in the 53rd minute.
The former Sunderland frontman completed his hat-trick in the 70th minute, settling the fixture before Jamie Cooke was sent off.
